Texas State Hearing Aid Center has been serving Abilenians and people of The Big Country with their hearing needs since 1967. Our helpful staff makes it easy to schedule your appointment, welcome walk-ins, and we never require an appointment to get your hearing aid cleaned, do adjustments or perform other maintenance services on your aids. As always, we do not charge you for these services. We believe that our services are the best in The Big Country, and we strive to make it as uncomplicated as possible for our patients. Cleaning services in Abilene offered by other companies on your hearing aids can range from $5 to $10. Ours are free. An 8-pack of batteries can range from $8 to $10. Ours are at an every day low price of $3.50.

Not all hearing instruments are created equal. Did you know a Class A hearing aid is not digital? Dare to compare? At Texas State Hearing Aid Center we sell for less!!!

Quality Digital Hearing Aids starting at $395 each. We offer a two-year warranty and 2 years of loss & damage at no extra charge. Even if you didn't buy your hearing aid from us, we will assist you with the free services. If it doesn't cost us to clean, fix, or repair it, we won't charge you. As technology continues to change, Texas State Hearing Aid Center continues to offer the very latest in hearing instruments. You can find offers on the Internet at times for less than what is offered locally. We always try to be the best price in town. Please know that we will do our best to earn your business and will try to come as close to those offers. The advantage you have with purchasing from us rather than on the Internet is that we are here to assist you with your aids by cleaning them and servicing them for you free. We build relationships and they mean a lot to us. We enjoy our patients and see the difference in them after using hearing aids. It is rewarding to see that we help them enjoy life again.

Q. Are there different levels of Hearing loss?

A. Hearing loss is as unique as people are. It will vary from people to people. With a complete Hearing Evaluation and test we can determine the individual loss and what hearing aid and style would best assist the patient with their hearing loss.

Q. Is Hearing Loss reversible?

A. While nerve damage is permanent other Hearing loss, such as conductive may be helped through medication or surgery. A complete check up will help determine the type of hearing loss.

Q. Do all Hearing aids perform the same way?

A. All hearing Aids are made to amplify (make sound louder), however, due to the uniqueness of hearing loss, different hearing aids maybe required for a each individual case. It is important to fit each patient with the exact aid that fits their need. We custom fit the patient with their particular aid.

Q. What financing options are there?

A. We offer various financing options to our patients. They vary from 90 days same as cash through monthly payment plans. We accept most major insurances as well. In some cases insurances will cover hearing aids. We will be happy to contact your insurance for you at the time of the visit to find out about your plan benefits.
